Soak poha in 2 cup water for 10 minutes then remove all water from the poha
Then take a bowl
Add arbhi n poha in it n mix it well
Then add onion ,sesame seeds n ajwain in it n mix it well
Then add all spices in it n make fine mixture..
Then make little space in the middle of the mixture
Then take a small bowl n put clarified butter in it..
Then put this bowl in the middle of the mixture..
Then put hot charcoal piece in the bowl n cover it for 10 minutes
Then make small circle shape cutlets..
Deep fry all on medium flame till it become golden brown
Sprinkle chaat masala on it n serve hot..
