Ingredients

  • Boiled n mashed arbhi 1cup


  • Poha 1cup


  • Rice flour 4tsp


  • Chopped onion 1


  • Water 2cup


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Coriander powder 1tsp


  • Dry mango powder 1tsp


  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp


  • Garam masala powder 1tsp


  • Kasturi methi 1/2 tsp


  • Black pepper powder 1/3 tsp


  • Roasted jeera powder 1tsp


  • Oil for frying 2cup


  • Charcoal pieces 1


  • Clarified butter or ghee 1tsp


  • Ajwain 1/3 tsp


  • Chaat masala 1tsp


  • Sesame seeds 1tsp

Directions

  • Soak poha in 2 cup water for 10 minutes then remove all water from the poha
  • Then take a bowl
  • Add arbhi n poha in it n mix it well
  • Then add onion ,sesame seeds n ajwain in it n mix it well
  • Then add all spices in it n make fine mixture..
  • Then make little space in the middle of the mixture
  • Then take a small bowl n put clarified butter in it..
  • Then put this bowl in the middle of the mixture..
  • Then put hot charcoal piece in the bowl n cover it for 10 minutes
  • Then make small circle shape cutlets..
  • Deep fry all on medium flame till it become golden brown
  • Sprinkle chaat masala on it n serve hot..
